3. Client Responsibilities

  • Pay applicable service fees, government charges, or third-party costs as communicated.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees will be clearly communicated before engagement.

  • All government fees, third-party charges, or additional costs are the client’s responsibility.

  • Payments must be made in full as per agreed terms before service initiation unless otherwise stated.

 

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of proven negligence by FileOn Services.

 

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client data and documents with strict confidentiality. Our handling of personal and business information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide accurate guidance and efficient service:

 

  • FileOn Services is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by government bodies, banks, or third parties.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from service use.

  • Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the value of service fees paid directly to FileOn Services.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party providers (e.g., government agencies, financial institutions, consultants). FileOn Services is not responsible for the policies, actions, or delays of these third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
